Steeped in maritime history dating back to the mid 1800s, the Historic Strand on Galveston Island, Texas is home to The Admiralty Marine Model Gallery. The Gallery features all things nautical including scratch-built models by Master Model Shipbuilder Allen LeCornu.

The Admiralty features marine sculptures, Lenox Classics crystal, Howard Miller clocks, and one of the largest Spoontiques lighthouse collections in the country. Also find Lunch at the Ritz jewelry, Scrimshaw and Swiss Army knives, unique decorator items, and, of course, ship models. The children’s section offers a vast array of stuffed marine animals, puzzles, games and pirate treasures. There are ship model kits for children, as well as a wide selection for adults – beginner or expert.
